Christmas 2014 Truffles

Start with 11 pound blocks of Callebaut Belgian Chocolate.  White chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate.

Break off pieces to melt into ganache


Here they are, 285 ganache balls ready for enrobing in chocolate!
Truffles in their tin ready for gifting
6 of the 40 tins ready to be delivered
